Lingvent Design turns a logo, a sketch or a photograph into a production-ready PVC or silicone part. Free 3D modelling, in-house mould making, moulding, hand finishing and export packing sit under one roof in Guangdong, China.
Minimum order 100 pieces per design. Pre-production samples in 5–7 days. Production in 12–30 days after artwork approval.

Lingvent Design at a glance
Every job is modelled in 3D before a mould is cut. You approve a digital mock-up — with colour call-outs and dimensions — so there are no surprises at the sampling stage.
Steel and aluminium moulds are made on site. That means faster tooling changes, tighter control over wall thickness, and a mould charge that is paid once, not on every reorder.
Incoming material checks, in-process inspection and a final AQL inspection before packing. Test documentation for REACH, RoHS and EN71 can be supplied on request.
Product lines
Eleven production lines covering flat soft PVC, three-dimensional PVC, sew-on labels and patches, damper bead charms, silicone nameplates for power tools, and food-grade silicone.

A flat shape is only the starting point. This project combines a moulded soft casing with sculpted and printed components, all colour-matched and assembled into a single retail-ready item — the kind of multi-part job our in-house tooling makes practical at 100 pieces and up.

Design & tooling
Before a single mould is cut, every project is modelled and dimensioned. These drawings are real examples of our design output — front, back, side and open views with colour call-outs and tolerances.

Materials
Both are elastic, both reproduce fine detail, and both take colour well. The differences that matter are food contact, heat resistance, weight and unit cost.
| Property | Soft PVC | Food-grade silicone |
|---|---|---|
| Surface feel | Soft, rubbery, lightly plasticised | Smooth, dry-touch, no plasticiser |
| Best suited to | Flat and relief shapes: keychains, magnets, tags, casing shells | Thick volumetric parts: figures, wristbands, kitchenware |
| Detail reproduction | Excellent for 2D relief and sharp colour separation | Excellent for chunky 3D form and fine surface texture |
| Colour options | Up to 8 moulded spot colours, glitter, glow, metallic | Any solid PMS colour, dual-colour two-shot, swirl, glow |
| Heat resistance | Up to about 60 °C continuous | −40 °C to 230 °C |
| Food contact | Not for food contact | Food-contact safe, BPA-free |
| Weight | Lighter for the same volume | Denser, feels more substantial in the hand |
| Mould cost | Lower — simple 2-part moulds | Higher — compression or injection tooling |
| Unit cost | Lower at 100–5,000 pcs | Higher material cost, longer cycle time |
| Minimum order | 100 pcs per design | 100 pcs per design |
| Lead time | 12–30 days after artwork approval | 12–30 days after artwork approval |
A typical custom soft PVC or silicone project runs 3–6 weeks from first contact to departure, including sampling.
Send any of: a vector logo, a sketch, a photograph of an existing product, a CAD file, or a written description. Tell us the quantity, the colours and the deadline. We confirm feasibility and flag anything that will not mould cleanly — usually within one working day.
Our designers build a 3D model of your part and send you multi-view renders with dimensions and colour call-outs. Revisions are free at this stage. This is the step that prevents expensive surprises, so we do not rush it.
You receive a written quotation covering the one-off mould charge, the unit price at your quantity, the tooling lead time and the production lead time. Incoterms (FOB, CIF or DDP) are stated explicitly.
A physical sample is produced from a soft tool or the production mould, typically in 5–7 days. We photograph it, measure it against the drawing, and ship it to you for sign-off before mass production starts.
Production runs 12–30 days after artwork approval, depending on quantity and finishing. Work in progress is inspected in-process rather than only at the end, so deviations are caught while they can still be corrected.
A final AQL inspection checks colour, dimensions, print registration, attachment strength and packing. Cartons are labelled and shipped by sea, air or courier. Export documents for your customs broker are issued in the same week.
100 pieces per design. Several designs or colourways of the same shape and thickness can be combined into one production run to reach that minimum, and gift-set assemblies can mix several items in one carton.
Unit price depends on shape complexity, finished size, number of colours, thickness and quantity. As a working guide, flat PVC items at 1,000–5,000 pieces sit in a low unit price band, while thick 3D silicone parts cost more per piece because of material volume and cycle time. Send a shape, a size and a quantity and you will receive a written price within one working day.
Yes, mould making is a one-off charge quoted per design, and it is quoted separately from the unit price. The mould charge is paid once. Reorders of the same design, in the same size and material, carry no further mould charge. Where a project cannot proceed, the artwork is never used for another customer.
Moulds are built exclusively around your artwork. Once the one-off mould charge is paid, that tooling is reserved for your design: it is not used to produce parts for other customers, and it is not resold.
A pre-production sample is typically ready in 5–7 days after artwork approval. We photograph it against a ruler and ship it to you for sign-off before mass production begins.
12–30 days after artwork approval, depending on quantity and finishing. Hand-painted 3D figures and dual-colour or glow silicone sit at the longer end of that range.
Attach a logo, a sketch, a photograph of an existing part, or a CAD file. You will get a 3D model, a mould cost and a unit price, usually within one working day.
